Yes. DSers Schedules let AI Agent run tasks automatically via schedules—no need to do them manually every time.

Here's what you can automate:

Check supplier price changes and notify you
Sync inventory to your store
Generate sales reports on a regular basis
Review pending orders and flag issues
Any task you can describe in a prompt

There are two types of Schedules:

Official Schedules: Pre-built by DSers, ready to use out of the box
Custom Schedules: Created by yourself, with fully customizable prompts and trigger rules

Note: Custom Schedules are available on free plans, but paid plans allow more active custom Schedules at the same time.
Upgrading unlocks a higher limit.

Workflow

Click Scheduled in the left menu of DSers to open the Schedule management page.

Step 2: Choose the Schedule You Want to Use

In the list, you'll see two types:

DSers Official: Pre-built, ready to use
Custom: Created by you

Step 3: Turn It On or Create One

For Official Schedules: use the toggle to enable it
For Custom Schedules: click Add schedule to create one, then fill in the title, prompt, model selection, trigger time, and approval mode

Step 4: Set the Trigger Time

Option	Description
Daily	Runs every day at a fixed time
Weekly	Runs every week on selected days at a fixed time (multi-select)
Monthly	Runs every month on selected dates at a fixed time (multi-select)
No Repeat	Runs only once

The time follows the time zone set in Settings.

Important: The actual run time is based only on this setting. A time mentioned in the prompt (like "every day at 9:00 AM") is not treated as the schedule time.

Step 5: Set the Approval Mode

Option	Description
Require Approval	You confirm before each run
Skip Approval	Runs automatically (sensitive operations still require confirmation)

Step 6: Save

Choose Create as Paused (save but don't enable) or Create and Active (save and enable immediately).

Tip: Each Custom Schedule run consumes AI Credits.

Step 7: Review the Execution Result

After each run, the result is written to the linked Task.
Click More → Execution History to see the run status, or More → Locate in Task to view the conversation.

How to Manage Schedules

In the Scheduled page, you can:

Action	Description
Enable / Pause	Use the toggle on the card
Edit	Click the card to change the title, prompt, trigger time, or approval mode (takes effect from the next run)
Run Now	Trigger a one-time run (only available when enabled, doesn't affect the next scheduled time)
View Execution History	Click `More → Execution History` to see each run
Locate in Task	Click `More → Locate in Task` to open the linked conversation
Delete	Stops all future runs; existing records are kept

Usage Limits

Custom Schedule creation and activation limits:

Each account can create up to 30 Custom Schedules
The number of active Schedules at the same time depends on your plan:
