What Supplier Platforms Does DSers Support?

AliExpress

AliExpress offers millions of products across nearly every category. You can find and import products directly from AliExpress into your store.

Alibaba

Alibaba connects you with manufacturers and wholesalers. Many suppliers keep stock in overseas warehouses, which can mean much faster shipping for your customers.

You can discover products from Alibaba within DSers and manage orders just like you do with AliExpress.

1688 Dropshipping

1688 Dropshipping is a curated product pool that DSers has selected from 1688 and brought into the DSers ecosystem. You can find these products in the "Find Products" section under the "1688 Dropshipping" tab.

How to Connect Your Supplier Accounts

The process for connecting accounts varies depending on the platform. AliExpress and Alibaba require a manual connection, while 1688 Dropshipping works differently.

Connecting AliExpress and Alibaba

For these two platforms, you need to link your account within DSers. The process is similar for both:

Go to Settings > Application Management > Supplier tab.
Select either AliExpress or Alibaba.
Click Add Accounts.
You will be redirected to the platform's login page. Enter your credentials and authorize DSers to connect.

Once complete, your connected account will appear in the list.

Using 1688 Dropshipping

This feature does not require you to link a separate account. You can start using it immediately.

Simply go to the Find Products section and select the 1688 Dropshipping tab to browse and import products.

How Many Accounts Can I Connect?

Your plan determines how many AliExpress and Alibaba accounts you can connect simultaneously.

Tip: The "Basic" plan allows you to connect one AliExpress and one Alibaba account. For all plans except Basic, the limit shown refers to the total number of AliExpress and Alibaba accounts combined.
