Before You Read: Know What's Included

DSers paid plans come with different feature sets. We strongly recommend reviewing our Pricing first to understand what each standard plan (Basic, Advanced, Pro, Enterprise) offers in terms of:

• Supplier & store limits
• Auto-update frequency
• Pricing rules & bulk editing
• AI feature usage limits
• Staff account access

Three Custom Enterprise Plans

All plans include full Enterprise benefits: priority 24/7 support, high-speed bulk order processing, and complete feature access.

All three plans require contacting DSers Support for a private payment link. None are visible on the Pricing page or in "Manage Subscription".

How to Get Any of These Plans

Step 1: Contact DSers Support

Reach out to our support team via Messenger or Email (support@dserspro.com). Clearly explain:

• Which limits you need to expand (suppliers, products, or both)
• Your current usage volume and expected growth
• Your target price range (if you have one in mind)

Note: Custom Enterprise plans are priced higher than our standard Enterprise plan due to increased infrastructure requirements. Sharing your budget helps our team find the best configuration for your workflow.

Step 2: Provide your account details

Have these ready when you reach out:

• The email of your DSers account
• Your payment method and account/original domain of your store

Step 3: Receive your private payment link

Our technical team will generate a recurring, one-time-use payment link unique to your account. There is no self-service checkout for these tiers.

Step 4: Pay and verify

After payment through the private link, go to Manage Subscription. Your active plan will show your custom tier name and updated limits.
