DSers AI Agent Workspace: Tasks, Schedules and Plugins

Overview

DSers AI Agent is a new mode to interact with DSers, built on AI. You use natural language in a conversation to complete supply chain tasks—no need to switch between multiple pages.

The interface has three areas: the left menu, the Top Bar, and the main content area. There are three core modules: Task, Scheduled, and Plugins.

Interface

The interface has three areas:

Navigation sidebar contains fixed navigation (New task, Plugins, Scheduled), the Task list (grouped by Favorites and Recents), and account and notification entries at the bottom.

Top Bar provides search, a switch back to SaaS Mode, contact support, and sidebar collapse. Your remaining Credits are shown on the right.

Task: Real-Time Conversation, Answers on Demand

Start a new conversation in the Task interface and describe what you need in your own words. AI Agent handles it right away.

You can ask things like:

"Find me 10 trending pet products for the US market"
"Optimize this product title"
"Fulfill all my pending orders"
"Give me a sales report for the last 30 days"

Best for: One-time tasks, quick lookups, and operations that need an immediate response.

Scheduled: Set Timed Tasks, Run Automatically

Scheduled lets AI Agent run tasks automatically at the time you set. Configure the trigger rule (daily / weekly / monthly / once), and it runs on schedule.

Official Schedules

Standardized tasks pre-built by DSers, ready to use out of the box. They cover three categories:

Notification: Supplier product change alerts, order cancellation alerts, AI recommendations
Automation: Automatic inventory sync, automatic price sync (paid plan required)
To-do List: Today's Focus (partially paid)

Custom Schedules

Tasks you create yourself, with fully customizable prompts and trigger rules.

Tip: The run time is set by the Schedule, not by the prompt. If you write "every day at 9 AM" in the prompt, that time isn't used as the trigger time.

Best for: Tasks that need to repeat every day or at a fixed time.

Plugins: Extend AI Capabilities, Connect More Tools

Plugins let AI Agent access more data and connect to more tools. It has three tabs:

Apps

View and manage connected sales channels (Shopify, Wix, WooCommerce, and more), supplier platforms, and WhatsApp accounts.

Install pre-built AI Skills to enhance AI Agent's ability on specific tasks. Phase 1 includes official pre-built Skills covering product research, pricing, report generation, and more. Skill Marketplace is coming later.

Custom Connectors

Custom Connectors support two connection methods:

Connect external apps to DSers MCP:

Other apps can access DSers data and operations through the MCP interface DSers provides. This is useful when you want to call DSers capabilities from an AI tool you already use.

Connect DSers to third-party apps via MCP Connector

DSers connects to third-party apps that aren't officially integrated, through the MCP Connector—so AI Agent can operate more tools. This is useful when you want to bring in tools that DSers doesn't officially support.
