Overview
DSers Official Schedules are standardized automation templates that DSers sets up and maintains for you. Once you turn one on, AI Agent runs it automatically at the time you set—then sends you a summary.

What Are Official Schedules?
Official Schedules are built-in automation templates. Six official schedules are currently available:

| Supplier Product Notifications | Alerts you when a supplier product changes—out of stock, price change, or SKU change |
| Order Notifications | Get notified when a supplier cancels an order |
| AI Recommendation | Get notified when a better supplier is available |
| Automatic Inventory Update | Syncs inventory to your store when supplier stock changes (paid plan required) |
| Automatic Price Update | Updates store prices based on your Pricing Rule when supplier prices change (paid plan required) |
| Today's Focus | Daily summary of platform authorization, order issues, product alerts, and shipment tracking—everything you need to handle |
Note: Official Schedules share underlying configurations with SaaS mode. The prompt body can't be edited, but some options support user customization.

How to Manage Official Schedules
View and turn on
Go to the Scheduled menu, find the Official Schedule you want, and use the toggle to enable or pause it.
Adjustable settings
Some Official Schedules let you adjust specific options:
Today's Focus:
- Trigger time: customize the daily run time (default 9:00)
- Platform authorization issues: On / Off
- Account types: Store accounts / Supplier accounts
- Order issues (last 30 days): Awaiting orders / Awaiting payment / Failed orders / Canceled by suppliers
- Product alerts: Mapping lost / Supplier status changes
- Shipment tracking (last 30 days): Attention / Pending / In transit / Delivered / Abnormal (multi-select, Attention is checked by default, paid plan required)
Other Official Schedules:
- Supplier Product Notifications: Inventory changes, Price changes (with direction and threshold), SKU changes
- Automatic Inventory Update: Product unavailable action, Variant out-of-stock action, Mapping lost action, Inventory recovery action
- Automatic Price Update: Price direction, Price threshold, Action
Note: The settings above are prompt variables. For the exact options available, check the product interface.
Order Notifications and AI Recommendation have no additional settings—use the toggle on the Schedule card to enable or pause them.

- Notification Schedules (Supplier Product Notifications, Order Notifications, AI Recommendation): Free
- Automation Schedules (Automatic Inventory Update, Automatic Price Update): Paid plan required
- Today's Focus Shipment Tracking option: Paid plan required
Best Practices
- For standard needs, use Official Schedules: They cover the most common automation scenarios and work out of the box.
- For custom needs, use Custom Schedules: If you need custom prompts or more complex trigger rules, create a Custom Schedule.
- Disabling a Schedule doesn't affect SaaS configuration: Turning off a Schedule only stops the timed run. The SaaS-linked configuration in the prompt stays the same and continues to work in SaaS mode.
