Migrate data from Dropified

To help Dropified users to migrate to DSers, DSers developed an easy way to transfer all their product mapping data quickly.

How to migrate product mapping data

The process can be divided into two main steps. Before you start, make sure you have installed the DSers Chrome extension in your browser.

Step 1: Import products from Shopify to DSers

  1. Login to DSers > dsers-my-products My Products.
  2. Click dsers-import-shopify-products.
  3. In the Pop-up, click dsers-import-products on the products that you want to migrate to import them.

You will notice that they are imported under the Unmapped products tab.

Step 2: Migrate product mapping from Dropified

  1. Login to Dropified > Products > My products.
  2. Access the Connected tab.
  3. In the browser Extension bar, click the DSers extension icon dsers-chrome-extension.
  4. In the Pop-up, click Import.

If successful, the mapping data will be synchronized to the corresponding product in DSers.

Why you may fail to migrate the data from Dropified

Migration will fail in the situations below:

Sync failed

Products are imported from Dropified to Shopify but are still not synced to DSers.

You need to wait for the products to sync to DSers.

Products were not imported from AliExpress but from a Dropified supplier.

You need to find an AliExpress supplier and will need to manually map the products.

The Shopify store is not linked to the DSers account you are logged in to. 

Check which account is linked to which and where you are logged in.

You are logged in to different Shopify stores in Dropified and DSers. 

Check which account is linked to which and where you are logged in.

Xxx items couldn’t be synced. Please check details on DSers.

AliExpress sellers added or deleted SKU, you need to check the product's supplier.

Update it or find another supplier.

There is no SKU name for the AliExpress SKU, it was maybe deleted or modified by the supplier. 

You need to check the product's supplier, update it or find another supplier.

The AliExpress SKU name repeats, it was maybe deleted or modified by the supplier. You need to check the product's supplier.

Update it or find another supplier.

There are more than 3 options on AliExpress.
