Amazon Authorization: Connect Your Amazon Store to DSers

The Amazon store connection links your Amazon Seller Central account to DSers so you can import products and process orders automatically. Use it when you're setting up a new Amazon store or reconnecting an existing one to start dropshipping on Amazon. Amazon connections only start from DSers—you cannot start this connection from Amazon Seller Central.

Confirm you have an active Amazon Seller Central account with valid login credentials and your account is not already linked to another DSers account—each Amazon store can only connect to one DSers account. Make sure your Amazon seller account is active (not deactivated due to unpaid fees or suspension).

Once authorized and synced, your store is linked to DSers. You'll be prompted to choose a subscription plan—the Basic plan is free with no credit card needed. After that, you can start importing products and processing orders. The most common next step is connecting your supplier account.

Log in to your DSers account, click Amazon on the platform selection page, enter a store name (3–30 characters, no spaces), select your Amazon region (North America, Europe, or Far East), and click Link Store. You'll be redirected to Amazon—sign in with your Seller Central credentials, review permissions and click Confirm, then return to DSers and click UPDATE to sync.

Someone else has already used that store name. Enter a different store name (3–30 characters, no spaces) and try again. The store name only appears inside your DSers account and won't affect your Amazon store.

Your Amazon seller account may be inactive due to unpaid fees or suspension. Log in to Amazon Seller Central, resolve any account issues, then try authorizing again from DSers.

Each Amazon store can only connect to one DSers account. Log in to the DSers account already linked to this store. If you need to switch accounts, contact DSers Support for assistance.

Yes. Connecting a supplier account (like AliExpress, 1688, Alibaba.com, or Agent) is not required for the initial setup. You can add it later anytime in Settings > Application Management. DSers supports multiple sourcing channels from a single dashboard.
