How to Select or Change Your Plan
- During signup: Choose Monthly or Yearly billing, pick your plan, and complete setup.
- After signup: Go to DSers-Settings-Plan-Current Plan in your dashboard, click through to the Pricing page, select your new plan, and follow the prompts.

Troubleshooting Plan Changes
Issues during plan changes—such as upgrade errors, payment failures, or billing discrepancies—are typically related to your payment method or billing setup.

Billing and Refunds
- Billing: Fees are processed through your payment method (Shopify billing, PayPal, or Stripe).
- Invoices:
Shopify users: Go to Settings - Billing - Subscriptions - DSers.
PayPal/Stripe users: Check your transaction history in your payment account.
