Fulfill orders manually on DSers

In case there are some orders you don't want to process with DSers, or for whatever reason, you can manually fulfill those orders on DSers. DSers has made the process very simple for you!

Once manually fulfilled, the order will be moved to the Fulfilled tab in DSers and will not synchronize any data from AliExpress to your store anymore.

Manually fulfill an order/orders in bulk

Login to DSers > Open Orders.
Access the Awaiting order tab.
Fulfill an order or multiple orders at a time.
1. To fulfill one single order, click on the Order Card of the order you want to fulfill and click Mark as Fulfilled.
2. To fulfill orders in bulk, click on the Order Card of all the orders you want to manually fulfill and click Fulfill Orders Manually on the right of the Navigator Bar.
In the Pop-up, if you want to Mark this order as fulfilled on Shopify/WooCommerce/Wix/Jumpseller too, you can check next to it and then click MARK AS FULFILLED. If you leave the box unchecked, fulfilling orders manually on DSers won’t affect the order status on your store.
In the Pop-up, click on .
Click OK to proceed.

The orders will be moved to the Fulfilled tab and won't have any order number or tracking number.

Manually fulfill part of an order

In case you only want to use DSers to process part of an order that consists of multiple products, you can manually fulfill the other part of the order in DSers.

Login to DSers > Open Orders.
Access the Awaiting order tab.
Select the order for which you want to manually fulfill part of it and click Mark as Fulfilled.
In the Pop-up, choose the product(s) you want to manually fulfill and click Mark as Fulfilled.
In the Pop-up, click on .

Then, only the chosen part of the order will be marked as Fulfilled. It will be moved to the Fulfilled tab and won't have any order number or tracking number. You can still place the other part of the order in the Awaiting order later.

If you manually fulfilled an order from Awaiting Payment tab or Awaiting Shipment tab, an order number or tracking number may present.
