Understanding AI Agent Billing and Invoices
Your AI Agent billing is split into two types, depending on what you are paying for.
Subscription Fee (Monthly or Annual Plan)
This is the recurring fee for your AI Agent plan. You can pay it through your platform's billing system (Shopify or Wix) or directly via PayPal or Stripe — whichever you choose at checkout.
One-time Purchase of Extra Creditss
If you need more Credits beyond your plan, you can buy them as a one-time purchase. These purchases are only available via PayPal or Stripe.
How to View and Download Invoices
Where you download your invoice from depends on how you paid.
For payments made via PayPal or Stripe
You can view and download your invoices in two places:
- DSers AI Agent dashboard: Go to Account → Settings → Billing & Usage → Billing.
You will see a list of your past invoices. Click the Download button next to paid invoices to save it as a PDF.
For payments made via Shopify or Wix
DSers does not store these invoices. You will need to go to your platform's own billing page.
- Shopify: Go to Shopify Admin → Settings → Billing to find and download your invoices.
- Wix: Go to your Wix → Account Settings → Premium Subscriptions to find and download your invoices.
Tracking Your AI Credits Usage
You can monitor your Credits balance and spending in your DSers dashboard.
Where to check
DSers AI Agent dashboard: Go to Account → Settings → Billing & Usage. You will see:
- Your Credits balance broken down by type:
- Subscription Credits – come with your plan. Expire at the end of each billing cycle.
- Lifetime Credits – These include one-time purchases, free Credits (100 Credits when you start a trial), and Bonus Credits (earned through affiliate referrals).
- A recent usage log showing each AI task and how many Credits were used.
How Credits are used
Each AI task consumes a certain number of Credits. The amount depends on two main factors:
- Task complexity – for example, handling a larger amount of data will use more Credits.
- AI model used – different models have different costs.
