Once you are done with a store, whether it is because it was a test store, or because it’s not selling enough, you may want to remove it from your DSers account. We have tried our best to simplify this and you can do that very easily from the settings.
Please read the guide below to see how.
Go to DSers – Setting – Account, find the Shopify store you want to remove and click on the trash icon below.
A confirmation pop-up window will open. Click DISCONNECT to verify.
Select the reason why are disconnecting. Feel free to give us some suggestions！
Then click on DISCONNECT.
DSers will lead you to Shopify, click on delete.
In the pop-up window, select a location and click delete.
Go back to DSers. A new window will open, simply click on Update.
DSers will reload and the store you just disconnected will not appear anymore.
Please DO NOT link the store to another DSers account before its totally removed from the current DSers account.
If you want to link the store to another DSers account, please make sure to log out the Shopify app store and your Shopify admin account before linking again. Then go to your new DSers account, once in your new DSers account, click on Link to More Stores.
