| Issue | How to fix |
|---|---|
| Website is offline or domain is incorrect | Ensure your site is online and the domain is correct. Verify it loads properly in a browser |
| Site is not built on WordPress | DSers requires a WordPress site. Switch to WordPress or choose a different sales channel |
| Permalink not set to "Post name" | Go to WordPress > Settings > Permalinks, select "Post name", and click Save |
| WooCommerce not installed or activated | Install and activate WooCommerce (version 4.0 or higher) |
| Website does not use HTTPS | Install an SSL certificate or activate the "Really Simple SSL" plugin |
| /wp-json endpoint is blocked | Enable WordPress REST API and disable any plugins that block it |
| JavaScript is disabled | Contact your hosting provider to enable JavaScript on your server |
| Conflicting plugins are blocking DSers | Temporarily disable plugins that restrict access or optimize performance (e.g., cache, SEO, security, or REST API blockers). Re-enable them after connection |
Pro tip: Server firewall blocking the connection? Contact your hosting provider to whitelist DSers' server IPs.
If using ModSecurity, ask them to temporarily disable it or add an exception for DSers.
