Workflow

Step 1: Start a New Conversation

Go to the New Task menu to start a conversation with AI Agent.

Step 2: Enter Your Request

Tell AI Agent what you want to know and what you want to do. For example:

"Check my pending orders. How many are there, which ones are ready to place, and can you place all the ready ones?"

Step 3: AI Agent Confirms the Order Scope (and Which AliExpress Account to Use)

AI Agent may ask a few questions to narrow things down:

What time frame are you looking at? (Default: last 30 days)
All stores or a specific one?
All pending orders, or a specific status?
Which AliExpress purchasing account should this batch use(if you have multiple purchasing accounts?

Once you confirm, AI Agent will continue.

Step 4: AI Agent Returns a Summary and Preview

AI Agent will analyze your orders and show you a full preview:

How many orders are waiting
Which ones can be placed now
The scope of orders to be processed
Order number + line item + price preview

Step 5: You Confirm, Then AI Agent Executes

Once the preview looks right, tell AI Agent to proceed. Only then will it place the orders.

Step 6: Review the Results

After processing, AI Agent will tell you:

Which orders went through
Which ones failed and why
Which ones are still processing
