Customize Shipping Confirmation Email Settings

All the settings are in one place: go to DSers > Settings > Fulfillment Settings. That's where you can adjust when and how confirmation emails are sent.

Check the Activate Shipping Confirmation Email Sent by Shopify master switch first—it's off by default. If that's on and emails still aren't sending, make sure your Sync Tracking Number to Store for Fulfillment and Time to Send an Email After Fulfillment settings are configured the way you expect.

Sync Tracking Number to Store for Fulfillment decides when DSers sends the tracking info to your store (immediately, 3 days, or 5 days after fulfillment).
Time to Send an Email after fulfillment sets how many days after that the actual email goes out to the customer.
Together, they control when the email is sent.

Yes—but only if you enable Send an Email When Tracking Number Is Updated (off by default). The Automatic Tracking Number Update feature is active for all plans, but the sync timing options vary. DSers auto-syncs within your chosen window; updates outside that need to be triggered manually.

Yes. You can customize the carrier name and tracking URL in the Email Template section. You can also set different overrides for specific countries if needed.
