DSers Settings: Modules Overview and How to Navigate

The DSers Settings page is your central hub for configuring all dropshipping operations—from account management and supplier connections to product rules, pricing, shipping, and fulfillment. Use it when you need to adjust how DSers handles orders, syncs data, or automates workflows across your connected stores.

Use the Global Search bar at the top of any DSers page—just type a keyword like "shipping," "mapping," or "pricing," and the results will point you directly to the relevant Settings section. This is the fastest way to locate a configuration without clicking through menus.

Confirm you're logged into the correct DSers account with the appropriate permissions (Admin or Full access). Some settings like time zone can only be changed once, and others like product migration or pricing rules may consume credits or affect existing orders. Review the related guides before applying major changes.

Settings are organized in the left sidebar: General Setting (account, staff, affiliate), Plan & Billing, Application Management (stores, suppliers), Product Settings (push rules, multilingual, migration), Pricing Settings, Automated Mapping, Order Settings, Shipping Settings, and Fulfillment Settings.

Go to Settings → Application Management. Under Sales Channel, you can connect or manage stores (Shopify, Wix, eBay, TikTok, Amazon, etc.). Under Supplier, you can connect or manage supplier accounts (AliExpress, 1688, Alibaba.com, and Agent). This is where you control all external integrations from one dashboard.

Go to Settings → Pricing Settings to create pricing rules that automatically calculate product markups based on your profit strategy. You can apply Profit %, Fixed Profit, or Breakeven % rules, and include shipping and tax costs in Advanced Pricing Rules.

Go to Settings → Order Settings to configure manual order sync by date range, sync order notes to suppliers, sync order numbers to your store, and enable delivered status sync. Go to Settings → Fulfillment Settings to control tracking sync, shipping update emails, and fulfillment preferences.

Yes. Go to Settings → Product Settings → Multilingual product to set up product titles and descriptions in up to six languages (French, Portuguese, German, Italian, Spanish, plus English as default). The number of languages depends on your DSers plan.
