Set and check notifications

It is always important to keep track of the status of your supplier products and orders so you can adjust them accordingly. With the DSers Notification feature, you can get notified about inventory, price and SKU changes of imported products and Cancelled orders.

1. DSers will display the notifications in the past 30 days.
2. To check notification frequency, click here to get detailed information.

How to set notifications

Login to DSers > Settings > General Settings > Notification.
In the Notification section, turn on in the same line of Inventory changes, Price changes, SKU changes or Cancelled order to activate notifications according to the types you need.

Where to check notifications

You can check in-app notifications in different ways for different needs:

Situations	Methods
Check the latest 5 notifications	Click on the right side of the Top Bar.
Check notifications for one product in one store	Click on the Product Card on the My Products page.
Check the notifications for all products across all stores	Click VIEW ALL NOTIFICATIONS in the drop-down on the right side of the Top Bar.

On the Notification page, you can you can use the dsers-filter

Filter feature to filter the notifications by notification type as shown in the screenshot.

When you check notifications, you will see there are some options for you to respond to every change. You can choose to do something or nothing. To update the price or inventory automatically, you can activate the Automatic Inventory Update or Automatic Price Update features in DSers.
