In case you accidentally fulfill your order in your store, it is very easy to cancel the fulfillment of orders in your store.
How to cancel fulfillment of orders
Shopify
WooCommerce
Wix
Cancel fulfillment of an order
Login to Shopify > Orders.
Click on the order for which you want to cancel fulfillment.
On the order details page, click the Three-dot icon and then click Cancel fulfillment .
This order will be marked as
Unfulfilled on Shopify. You will see the order is also moved to the
Awaiting order tab on the Open Orders page.
It may take some time for your order to be moved to the Awaiting order tab. If you don’t see it in DSers for a long time, please manually sync the order .

Cancel fulfillment of an order
You can cancel Completed orders on WooCommerce for a single order or multiple orders at once.
Login to WooCommerce > Orders.
Click on the order for which you want to cancel fulfillment.
On the Edit Order page, click on the Status drop-down list.
Select Processing from the drop-down list and click on Update from the Order actions .
This order will be marked as
Processing on WooCommerce . You will see the order is also moved to the
Awaiting order tab on the Open Orders page.
Cancel fulfillment of orders in bulk
WooCommerce also allows you to cancel the fulfillment of multiple orders at once.
Login to WooCommerce > Orders.
Select all the orders for which you want to cancel fulfillment.
Click on Bulk actions .
Select Change status to processing and then click on Apply .
Now, these orders are marked as
Processing on WooCommerce.You will see these orders are also moved to the
Awaiting order tab on the Open Orders page.

Login to Wix > Orders.
Click on the order for which you want to cancel the fulfillment.
On the order details page, click on More Actions to access the drop-down list and Select Mark as Unfulfilled .
In the Pop-up , click Mark as Fulfilled to verify.
This order will be marked as
Unfulfilled on Wix. You will see the order is also moved to the
Awaiting order tab on the Open Orders page.
If it doesn’t move to the Awaiting order tab for a long time, please go to DSers > Settings > Synchronization to manually sync the Wix order .
