Fulfill orders manually in your store

In case you want to deliver some orders by yourself instead of them being directly shipped from third-party suppliers, you can manually fulfill those orders in your store.

Shopify WooCommerce Wix

You can fulfill orders one by one in Shopify.

Manually fulfill an order

1. Login to Shopify > Orders.
2. Click on the order for which you want to manually fulfill.
3. On the order details page, click on Fulfill item.
4. On the Fulfill items page, fill in the Tracking number field and Shipping carrier field if needed.
5. Click Fulfill item.

This order will be marked as Fulfilled on Shopify. You will see the order is also moved to the Fulfilled tab on the Open Orders page in DSers.

You can either fulfill orders individually or in bulk.

Manually fulfill an order

1. Login to WooCommerce > Orders.
2. Click on the order for which you want to manually fulfill.
3. On the Edit Order page, click on the drop-down list under Status.
4. Select Completed from the drop-down list and click on Update in Order actions.

This order will be marked as Completed on WooCommerce. You will see the order is also moved to the Fulfilled tab on the Open Orders page in DSers.

Manually fulfill orders in bulk

1. Login to WooCommerce > Orders.
2. Select all the orders for which you want to manually fulfill.
3. Click on Bulk actions.
4. Select Change status to completed and then click on Apply.

Now, these orders are marked as Completed on WooCommerce. You will see these orders are also moved to the Fulfilled tab on the Open Orders page in DSers.

You are allowed to fulfill orders one by one or in batches.

Manually fulfill an order

1. Login to Wix > Orders.
2. Click on the order for which you want to manually fulfill.
3. On the order details page, click on More Actions to access the drop-down list and click Mark as Fulfilled.
4. In the Pop-up, click Mark as Fulfilled to verify.

Now, this order is marked as Fulfilled on Wix. You will see the order is also moved to the Fulfilled tab on the Open Orders page in DSers.

Manually fulfill orders in bulk

1. Login to Wix > Orders.
2. Select all the orders which you want to manually fulfill.
3. Click on Fulfill.
4. In the Pop-up, click Mark as Fulfilled to verify.

Now, these orders are marked as Fulfilled on Wix. You will see these orders are also moved to the Fulfilled tab on the Open Orders page in DSers.
