Log in to DSers and go to Settings >Order Settings >Synchronize store orders.

FAQ Section
Here are some common questions about order syncing, troubleshooting, and multi-channel order management in DSers.
Order syncing pulls orders from your connected sales channels into DSers for processing. DSers auto-syncs new orders automatically, but you may need manual sync when an expected order isn't appearing, after connecting a new store, or when you need orders from a specific date range.
The store may be disconnected or inactive. Go to Settings → Application management → Sales channel, check the store status, and click the refresh icon or reconnect it.
Orders will appear in your Open Orders tab in DSers, ready for mapping, review, and fulfillment. From there, you can place supplier orders, track shipments, and manage the entire fulfillment workflow across supported sourcing channels like AliExpress, Alibaba.com, and 1688.
Go to Settings → Order Settings → Synchronize store orders, select your store from the dropdown, choose your desired time range (default is last 30 days), and click the sync icon. For manual sync, adjust the range to cover a few days before and after the order created date to capture everything.
Check that your time range covers the order's creation date. Also verify the order hasn't already been synced or processed. If the issue persists, confirm your store connection is active and check if the order falls outside your sales channel's sync limit.
