After a supplier ships an order, you receive a tracking number. Manually uploading each tracking number to your store is time-consuming — especially with dozens of daily orders. DSers automates this process: tracking numbers sync automatically, orders are marked as fulfilled, and customers receive shipping notifications — all without manual work.

Order Fulfillment Workflow: What DSers Automates

DSers automates the process after you place and pay for the order on the supplier platform. The workflow consists of both manual and automated steps:

Tips: Steps 3 and 4 are manual. Once the tracking number is synced to DSers, the order is automatically marked as Fulfilled in both DSers and your store.

That means once you place and pay for the order on supply platform, other steps will be automatic, you don’t need to do anything else, just check.

Shipping Comfirmation Email Setting

When DSers pushes the tracking number to your store, it will automatically trigger a shipping confirmation email to be sent to your buyer.
