Delete products from My Products

Distinct from deleting products in Import List, deleting products in My Products will affect the mapping and even orders in some situations. Read below to learn full details.

How to delete a product from My Products

You can delete products individually or in bulk.

How to delete a single product

  1. Login to DSers > dsers-my-products My Products.
  2. Click the dsers-more icon and click dsers-delete Delete on the Product Card.
  3. In the Pop-up, enter CONFIRM in the Input box and click CONFIRM.

How to delete products in bulk

  1. Login to DSers > dsers-my-products My Products.
  2. Check dsers-check-box on the top right of the Product Card for each product you want to delete.
  3. Click dsers-delete Delete on the Navigator Bar.
  4. In the Pop-up, enter CONFIRM in the Input box and click CONFIRM.

You can check dsers-check-box Delete this product from my Shopify/WooCommerce/Wix/Jumpseller store too in case you want to delete it from your store too.

Please note that for deleted products in My Products:
  1. Existing orders that have not placed to your suppliers will lose the mapping and need to do mapping again.
  2. New orders from your store will not be synchronized to DSers.
  3. The price and inventory auto-update will be no longer available.
  4. You will not receive notifications about inventory, price and SKU changes.
