To use DSers for your dropshipping business, you can check the DSers installation steps in this guide.

DSers Chrome extension is an extension developed by DSers team that you can add from the Chrome web store. It enables you to enjoy more useful features with an existing DSers account. With the extension, you can import products, synchronize AliExpress data, place orders and more.

According to the supplier regulations or customs clearance rules, orders from your customers must follow special requirements when they are shipped to some specific countries, otherwise, those orders cannot be placed to your suppliers.

For orders shipped to some specific countries, there are some limitations on your customer's phone numbers. Check below to learn the phone number requirements based on countries and how to meet them in DSers when necessary.

Due to the AliExpress name identification system, there must be a full name and a space between the Name and Surname in your customer information for all orders to Brazil, France, Japan and Canada, Saudi Arabia & UAE. Otherwise, those orders cannot be placed to AliExpress.

Due to the customs regulations, you need to make sure all orders to Brazil, Korea or Chile contain additional customs clearance information in Customer Detail as below. Otherwise, the orders cannot be placed to your suppliers.

Due to supplier ordering regulations, the buyer’s contact information must contain the postal code and meet the corresponding formats. So you need to make sure that your customer’s information is right before you place orders.

DSers now supports you to import the AliExpress product cost for destination countries you desire along with the product and to check shipping cost more conveniently.

After you turn on the button, the product SKU will display following the format of "supplier product ID-variants name" the next time you import a product to the DSers Import List.

Support: If you want to charge taxes on your products, you need to activate the feature for each product variant one by one in your store. To help you avoid repeated work, DSers allows you to apply taxes to products per push to your store automatically. The taxes will be
