Your DSers account password is a combination of numbers, letters and characters that you set when you register for DSers. You can change your passwords regardless of your login status.
How to change your password
Method 1: Change the password in your DSers dashboard
You can change your password if you think it’s not secure or for other considerations.- Login to DSers.
- Hover on the Account name on the right of the Top Bar and click
Account. - Click Security.
- In the Security part, click
in the same line of 
Password.
- In the Pop-up, input your old password and then your new password and double-input it to confirm.
- Click SAVE.
Method 2: Change the password on the DSers login page
In case you have forgotten your password, you can easily set up a new one with DSers.- Reach DSers login page and click "Forgot password".
- In the Pop-up, input the email of your account and click Email instructions.
- Go to your email box and open the email named "Start your business on DSers".
- Click on Reset password. You will be taken to the DSers Reset Password page .
- Enter your new password, and double-input it to confirm.
- Click RESET PASSWORD.

Be sure that your account email is a real and valid one, or you cannot receive the email.
