You’ve found the perfect product on AliExpress. But when you hit "Add to DSers" in AliExpress, you get an error message instead of a product.
Don't worry. In most cases, this isn't a technical glitch—It's almost always one of two simple reasons.

1. Daily Import Limit Reached
Error message: "The amount of AliExpress products you imported on DSers has reached your daily limit. Try again tomorrow."
Why this happens:
To ensure DSers system stability and fair usage for everyone, DSers has a daily limit on how many new products you can import from AliExpress.
The breakdown:
- Basic/Advanced/Pro Plan: 500 products per day.
- Enterprise Plan: 3,000 products per day.
How to fix it:
Unfortunately, you can't "buy" your way past this limit instantly (unless you upgrade your plan for the next day). If you hit the cap:
- Wait for the reset. The counter resets at 0:00 (UTC+8).
- Upgrade. If you consistently hit 500 products and need more per day, upgrading to the Enterprise plan will raise your ceiling to 3,000.
Pro Tip: Remember, this limit applies to new imports. Deleting products you already imported does not free up space for new ones today.
2. The Product Is Already in Your Account
Error message: "This product has already been imported, please go to the Import List to check."
Why this happens:
You (or a team member) have already imported this exact product URL into DSers account. DSers prevents duplicate entries to keep your Import List clean and organized.
How to find it:
- Use the Search bar on Import list. Paste the AliExpress Product URL or the product title into the search box.
- Click OK to search.
- Edit or Push. Once you find it, you can edit the pricing, variants, or push it to your Shopify/WooCommerce store immediately.
