Add or remove an agency

DSers has introduced the Agency Management Solution, a powerful tool aimed at streamlining the workflow of dropshippers who also collaborate with off-platform suppliers/agencies. Learn more about DSers Agency Management Solution.

To help you better manage dropshipping agencies(suppliers) and fulfill orders with the agency, DSers allows you to do more with the new Agency solution. In this article, you will learn how to add or remove an agency.

What Agency information do you need

Agency Name

Required

The name of your agency, which will be used and displayed when you map a product or process an order.  

ERP in use

Required

The ERP your agency uses, like MABANG, DIANXIAOMI, and ECCANG.

Payment method

Required

The PayPal/Stripe account of your agency, which will be used to receive your order payment.

*DSers will send an email to your agency via the email provided above to ask him/her to configure relevant data. 

Phone number

Optional

The phone number of your agency, which will be used to push your agency to fulfill orders via SMS.

*SMS push service is still under development and will be available soon.

Add an agency

  1. Login to DSers > dsers-settings Settings > Supplier.
  2. In the Agency Management section, click dsers-add to add agency information.
  3. Click SAVE.
📕 NOTE

After clicking the SAVE button, we will send an email provided in the Payment method field to your supplier within 1 minute, so the supplier can configure relevant data such as product price and shipping cost in the email.

After successful configuration, DSers can calculate the purchase price for you when you place an order to further simplify your purchasing process.

Remove an agency

  1. Login to DSers > dsers-settings Settings > Supplier.
  2. In the Agency Management section, click dsers-delete in the same line of the agency to delete it.
    3. 📕 NOTE

    You can’t delete an agency that is connected with a product. To remove such agency, you should first clear up the mapping relations with it.
