Process agency orders
DSers has introduced the Agency Management Solution, a powerful tool aimed at streamlining the workflow of dropshippers who also collaborate with off-platform suppliers/agencies. Learn more about DSers Agency Management Solution.
Place orders to an agency
- Login to DSers >
Open Orders > Agency. - In the Awaiting order tab, click the ORDER button on the bottom-right of the Order Card to place orders one by one, or check the boxes
on the Order Card and click Check Out in bulk to batch place orders.
- Click CONFIRM.
Pay for orders
- Login to DSers > Open Orders > Agency.
- Click
on the bottom-right of the Order Card to pay for orders one by one or check the boxes on the Order Card and click 
on the left of the Navigator Bar to batch pay for orders. - In the pop-up, click . You will be redirected to the Payment details page.
- Check the order and agency details, and then click one payment method (PayPal, Stripe, Bank Transfer, etc.) to complete payment.
If you have paid for orders in other ways, you can check on the Order Card of the order and click 
in the Navigator Bar and click Mark as paid to move it to the Awaiting shipment tab.
Fulfill orders
Dianxiaomi can synchronize orders in the Awaiting payment tab and Awaiting shipment tab, while Mabang can only synchronize orders in the Awaiting shipment tab.
You can also click 
next to "Tracking No" on the Order Card to add tracking numbers item by item manually.
Your orders will be moved to the Awaiting fulfillment tab or the Fulfilled tab in DSers Open Orders according to your Fulfillment setting.
