How to cancel a paid order

How to cancel an AliExpress order

1. Login to DSers > Open Orders > AliExpress.
2. Access the Awaiting shipment tab.
3. Find the order that you want to cancel and click on its Ali Order No.
4. On the AliExpress order details page, find Request Order Cancellation and click on it.

How to cancel a Tmall/Agent order

1. Login to DSers > Open Orders > Tmall/Agent.
2. Access Unpaid in the same line of Payment Link.
3. Select your wanted time range under Date.
4. Under Status, select Unpaid and click .
5. Locate the order that you want and click Check payment.
6. Under Select Payment Method, click Cancel payment.
