Step 1: Cancel an order

Step 2: Modify the Canceled order

1. Login to DSers > Open Orders.
2. Access the Canceled tab.
3. Click and click Edit on the top right of the Order Card to change the supplier or the variation of this order.
4. Enter a new supplier URL and click .
5. Choose the new variant you want to order and select a shipping method.
6. Click on SAVE.

Step 3: Place the Canceled order

1. Login to DSers > Open Orders.
2. Access the Canceled tab.
3. Click on ORDER AGAIN on the Order Card of the canceled order you just modified.
