Even after you place an order to your supplier, you may want to change the order details such as the order volume, shipping method or supplier. For this issue, you can cancel the supplier order and then modify it for either of those needs.

How to cancel an AliExpress order
- Login to DSers >
Open Orders > AliExpress. - Access the Awaiting payment tab.
- Click on the Ali Order No on the Order Card of the order that you want to reorder. You will then be directed to the order details page on AliExpress.
- Find and click on the Cancel Order button to cancel this order.
- On the Refund page, choose a reason why you want to cancel the order and click Submit.
- In the Pop-up, click Confirm.
It may take up to 5 hours for DSers to sync the order status from AliExpress, but you can manually synchronize the AliExpress order status to speed this up.
How to cancel a Tmall order
- Login to DSers > Open Order > Tmall.
- Access Unpaid in the same line of Payment Link.
- Select your wanted time range under Date.
- Under Status, select
Unpaid and click 
. - Locate the order that you want and click Check payment.
- Under Select Payment Method, click Cancel payment.

If you have paid for the order that you want to cancel, you must contact the DSers Support team to solve the problem.
How to cancel an Agent order
- Login to DSers > Open Order > Agent.
- Access Unpaid in the same line of Payment Link.
- Select your wanted time range under Date.
- Under Status, select Unpaid and click .
- Locate the order that you want and click Check payment.
- Under Select Payment Method, click Cancel payment.
