This account-level setting updates the language of the DSers interface and login page, helping you navigate the platform in the language you prefer.
Before You Begin
Tip: DSers supports six display languages: English, Français, Português, Deutschland, Italia and España.
- Account-level setting: Changing the language updates menus, buttons, and on-screen text, as well as the login page.
It does not translate your product data (names, descriptions, variants remain unchanged). - Shared setting: The language preference is synced. Change it in either SaaS Mode or AI Agent Mode, and it applies to both automatically.
Change the language in SaaS Mode
Step 1: Click the flag icon in the top navigation bar.
Step 2: Select your preferred language from the dropdown menu.
The interface will immediately update to the selected language.
Change the language in DSers AI Agent
Step 1: Click your account card at the bottom of the left sidebar.
Step 2: Click Language, then select your preferred language.
The interface will immediately update to the selected language.
Tip: Your display language only affects the on-screen UI.
When chatting in a Task, you can type in any language, and the AI Agent will reply in the language you use.
