Why I can't find my orders in Open Orders

It’s possible that you cannot find your orders in Open Orders. As there are a lot of situations that may lead to an order being hidden or not appearing on Open Orders, this article will cover common reasons and offer corresponding solutions.

Situation 1: Your order exists in Open Orders

Sometimes, your order is in DSers Open Orders. However, you cannot find it due to DSers default settings or your wrong operations. Here are some reasons:
  1. On the top Store selector, you have not chosen the correct store where your order comes from.
  2. On the Open Orders page, your order is placed under different supplier panels.
  3. Your order has exceeded 30 days so you can’t find it. This is because DSers displays orders in the last 30 days by default. You can change the time range using the Date filter.
  4. Your order has been fulfilled for over 4 months. This is because DSers archives orders that have been fulfilled for more than 4 months. If you want to reorder it, please unarchive the order and roll back it to the Awaiting order tab to place it again.

Situation 2: Your order does not exist in Open Orders

Sometimes, your order has been hidden or not synchronized to DSers. Here are some reasons:
  1. Your products included in your order have been hidden in DSers.
  2. You deleted products in your order from DSers My Products but not from your store.
  3. You deactivated the Product fulfillment service for your products in your order that corresponds to their locations in Shopify.
  4. For these 3 reasons, you can restore orders to process them normally in Open Orders.

  5. When you first connect your store to DSers, DSers only synchronizes orders generated in the last 7 days. If you want to synchronize more orders, please check this guide.
