How to Set Up Fulfillment Settings for Your Orders

Fulfill items is a setting that allows you to configure whether to fulfill items individually or in bulk. Once the tracking numbers have been generated and synchronized to DSers, you can choose to fulfill orders individually or in bulk in DSers according to fulfillment settings.

How to set up Fulfill items setting

Login to DSers > Settings > Fulfillment Settings.
Scroll to the Fulfillment Settings section.
Access one sales channel tab.
Under "Fulfill items", DSers selects Fulfill items in bulk by default. You can keep the option selected or switch to Fulfill items separately.

How DSers fulfills your orders

If you check Fulfill items separately

DSers fulfills the order by item:

Items with tracking numbers will be moved to the Fulfilled tab.
Items without tracking numbers will be under the Awaiting shipment tab.

If you check Fulfill items in bulk

DSers fulfills the order by order:

An order that is partially shipped will be moved to the Awaiting fulfillment tab.
Until the order is fully shipped, it will be moved to the Fulfilled tab.
