Every time your customer purchases from your store, DSers will synchronize the order and place it in different order status tabs according to which step your order proceeds to.

What happens when you place your orders on DSers

Generally when an order is submitted and paid correctly on your store, DSers will sync it to the Awaiting Order tab in DSers Open Orders. Then you can process the order step by step to fulfill it. As you can see below, many steps are performed automatically.

1	You place a customer order from DSers to your supplier.	Awaiting payment
2	You pay for the order.	Awaiting shipment
3	Your supplier ships the package.	Awaiting shipment
4	The tracking number is generated by your supplier.	Awaiting shipment
5	DSers syncs the tracking number automatically from your supplier.	-
6	DSers automatically synchronizes the tracking number to your store.	-
7	DSers automatically fulfills the order on your store.	Fulfilled
8	DSers automatically triggers the shipping confirmation email.	-
