DSers syncs product details and your customer's address to AliExpress instantly. However, the final payment transaction happens entirely on AliExpress's servers. If you see a "Payment Failed" error during checkout, the issue is with AliExpress, your bank, or your card—not DSers.

This guide walks you through the exact error codes and solutions.

Before diving into error codes, try these universal fixes. They resolve most issues:

1. Switch devices: Try desktop if you are on mobile, or vice versa.
2. Use incognito mode or another browser: Clears cache issues that corrupt the session.
3. Remove coupons: A promo code that doesn't apply to the product can block the transaction.
4. Wait 10–20 minutes: AliExpress sometimes glitches during peak traffic.

Decoding AliExpress error codes

If quick fixes didn't work, AliExpress usually provides an error code on AliExpress order detail page. Here is what they mean and how to solve them.

1. Bank declined / Security block (CSC_7200015, CSC_7200040)

• Error message: "Payment blocked by issuing bank" or "Order closed for security reasons"
• Why it happens: Your bank flags the international transaction to China as potential fraud.

Solution:

• Call your bank and ask them to allow the AliExpress transaction.
• Check if your bank app has a "Travel Notification" or "International Purchase" setting.
• Use a different card from another bank.

2. Insufficient funds / Limit exceeded (CSC_7200009, CSC_7200011)

• Error message: "Insufficient balance" or "Exceeded transaction limit"
• Why it happens: Not enough money in the account, or you have hit your bank's daily spending cap.

Solution:

• Check your available balance in online banking.
• Ask your bank to raise your daily spending limit.
• Split large orders or use another funding source.

3. Incorrect card details (CSC_7200012, CSC_7200020, CSC_7200021)

• Error message: "Card information is incorrect"
• Why it happens: Type in card number, expiration date, or CVV.

Solution:

• Double-check expiration date (MM/YY format) and CVV (3 digits on the back).
• Virtual or prepaid cards often fail on AliExpress. Try a physical card.

4. Currency or payment method not supported (CSC_7200006, CSC_7200022, CSC_7200051)

• Error message: "Selected currency is not supported"
• Why it happens: Your local currency is not accepted, or you are using a card network AliExpress doesn't fully support (e.g., American Express, Discover).

Solution:

• Change checkout currency to USD on the AliExpress payment page.
• Switch to Visa or Mastercard.
• Try PayPal or Alipay if available in your region.

5. Account risk suspicion (CSC_7200026)

• Error message: "Unusual activity detected. Payment requires verification"
• Why it happens: AliExpress thinks your behavior looks like a bot or hacked account (common when placing many orders quickly as a dropshipper).

Solution:

• Look for a verification link on the error page. You may need to submit an ID or confirm a phone number.
• Avoid using a VPN while placing orders.

6. Missing address details (CSC_7200034)

• Error message: "Incomplete delivery information"
• Why it happens: AliExpress requires a specific field (phone number or postal code format) that is missing—even though DSers filled in the address.

Solution:

• Cancel this order attempt.
• Go back to DSers → Open Orders → Edit Customer details. Verify your customer's phone number and postal code are complete and correct.
• Save and try checkout again.
