Tracking Numbers Automated Update is a setting that you can use to manage the tracking number updates service.
In case your supplier updates the tracking number after the order has got a tracking number, you can utilize the setting to track the updates and synchronize new tracking numbers to your store automatically.
The tracking time range that the feature is available for varies based on your selected plan. Here is the date range limit of each plan.How to set up tracking number automated update
- Login to DSers >
Settings > Fulfillment Settings. - Under Automatic Tracking Number Update, the
Track updates of tracking numbers for 7 days after generation option is selected by default, you can click in front of either of the other two options if you desire.
