Update orders based on the latest AliExpress product information

Due to the non-real-time synchronization of product information from AliExpress to DSers, your product information in orders may be different from what is shown by your AliExpress supplier. This could lead to 2 common order issues on DSers.

Issue 1: Order failures due to lost or changed mapping

When you place orders to suppliers, you may encounter the order error message: "Because your supplier modified the SKU, your mapping was lost or changed. Please remap according to the latest SKU of the supplier." but cannot find any mapping problems for this order.

Solution:

You can click on "dsers-update Update" in the Shipping Method List on the Order Card to get the latest product SKU information for orders and do mapping again for them before you place orders.

Issue 2: Orders with no shipping methods or incorrect prices

Before you place an order with the supplier, you find that there is a shipping method on AliExpress, but your order lacks a shipping method.

Solution:

You can click "dsers-update Update" in the Shipping Method List to get the latest shipping information.

Issue 3: Order cost is not matched with AliExpress

Before you place an order with the supplier, you find that the product cost in your order is not the same as what you see on AliExpress.

Solution:

You can click on "dsers-update Update" in the Shipping Method List to get the latest order cost information.
