Set default phone numbers

Support: shopify icon woocommerce icon wix icon jumpseller icon CSV icon

Set default phone number is a setting that helps you set default phone numbers for customers based on destination countries in case they don’t enter phone numbers when they submit orders in your store. Once you set up, these default phone numbers will be applied to orders automatically when placing them to your suppliers.

For orders to Finland and Netherlands, your customers need to fill in real phone numbers. For more information, please check this guide.

How to set default phone numbers

You can go to DSers Settings to activate the default phone number feature.
  1. Login to DSers > dsers-settings Settings > Supplier Setting > Order.
  2. Scroll to the Phone Number Optimization part.
  3. Under "Set default phone number", DSers has filled in default phone numbers for most of the common destination countries. You can modify them if you want to apply your wanted phone numbers to orders.
  4. (Optional) You can click dsers-arrow-dropdown on the Country selector and choose a country in the Dropdown menu and enter the default phone number you want to set for this destination country.
  5. (Optional) For other countries, click dsers-arrow-dropdown on the Country selector and choose Global in the Dropdown menu and enter the phone number in the box.
  6. Click dsers-save-uppercase.

This way, default phone numbers will replace empty phone numbers with the feature activated.
