Set default phone numbers

Sometimes the buyer did not fill in the phone number for their order, which may lead to order failure. DSers allows you to set default phone numbers and they can be automatically applied to orders when placing them to your suppliers.

How to set default phone numbers

You can go to DSers Settings to activate the default phone number feature.
  1. Login to DSers > dsers-settings Settings > Supplier Setting > Order.
  2. Scroll to the Phone Number Optimization part.
  3. Under "Set default phone number", click dsers-arrow-dropdown on the Country selector and choose a country in the Dropdown menu.
  4. Enter the phone number that meets the phone number rules in the box for the country.
  5. For other countries, click dsers-arrow-dropdown on the Country selector and choose Global in the Dropdown menu and enter the phone number in the box.
  6. Click SAVE.

This way, default numbers will replace empty or wrong phone numbers with the feature activated.
