Send messages to specific suppliers
Sometimes, you or your customers will have special requirements for the orders. You can take advantage of the DSers Message feature to leave a message to a specific supplier.
Here’s how you can do it.
How to send messages to specific suppliers
- Login to DSers >
Open Orders. - Access the Awaiting order/Canceled/Failed orders tab.
- Click
and click Message on the Order Card of the item for which you want to send a specific message. - In the Pop-up, enter the message you want to leave for your supplier.
- Click OK.
