Sometimes, your customers have special needs for the orders and will leave notes when they check out in your store. For this reason, DSers will synchronize the notes you receive from buyers automatically and send them with the orders to AliExpress.
How to synchronize customer notes from your store
Shopify
Wix
By default, your customer cannot add notes when they check out in your store. You can check
this guide to manually add the Notes section to enable this feature. This way, the notes will appear in the Notes part on the Shopify order detail page.
Then you can activate the Notes synchronization feature in DSers.
- Login to DSers >
Settings > Synchronization.
- Scroll to the Order Details Synchronization section.
- In the Synchronize Shopify order notes part, turn on
to activate the feature.
Your customers can leave their notes for orders when they check out in your Wix store, you can
view them on the Order detail page.
Check the steps below to use the notes synchronization feature.
- Login to DSers >
Settings > Synchronization.
- Locate the Order Details Synchronization section.
- In the Synchronize Wix order notes part, turn on
to enable the feature.
Where to check the notes in DSers and AliExpress
When your store orders are synchronized to DSers, you can check the customer notes on the Open Orders page. Once you place them to AliExpress, you can also check the notes in AliExpress order details.Platform | Path to check the buyer notes |
