DSers won’t import products created manually in your store or added to your store through other platforms unless your customers have ordered them.
If you want to manage these products in DSers, It is better to import them to DSers manually.

How to import your store products

1. Login to DSers > My Products.
2. Click the Sales channel switcher and the Store switcher on the Top Bar to select a store from which you want to export products to DSers.
3. Click on IMPORT PRODUCTS FROM XXX (XXX is your selected sales channel, for example, "SHOPIFY") in the same line of suppliers tabs.
4. (Optional) In the Pop-up, DSers displays all store products by default. To filter products that have not been imported to DSers, click .
5. Click of an item to import a single product or check Multiple Select to import at most 10 products in bulk at a time and click .

Once you have imported products, you can connect them with your desired suppliers before you can place orders to your suppliers.

Here are some common questions about importing products from your store into DSers.

Why don't all my store products appear in DSers? +

DSers won't import products created manually in your store or added through other platforms unless a customer has ordered them. To manage these products in DSers, import them manually.

How do I import products from my store? +

Go to My Products, select your store from the top bar, then click IMPORT PRODUCTS FROM [your sales channel]. Import a single product or select up to 10 for bulk import.

Can I import more than 10 products at once? +

Bulk import in the pop-up is limited to 10 products at a time. To import more than 100 products, contact the DSers customer service team for help.

Can I filter to show only products not yet imported? +

Yes. In the import pop-up, DSers shows all store products by default. Click the to-be-imported filter to show only products that haven't been imported to DSers.

What should I do after importing products? +

Connect them with your desired suppliers. Products must be mapped to a supplier before you can place orders.
