Whether it is because your store was a test store, or because it’s not selling well, you may want to remove it from your DSers account.

If you new to Dropshipping or DSers, you may doubt how to process orders with DSers successfully. Or you need to place an order on behalf of your customer.

Every time your customer purchases from your store, DSers will synchronize the order and place it in different order status tabs according to which step your order proceeds to.

If your customer wants to change an order quantity after you receive it in your store, check and follow the solutions below before you place it to the supplier

DSers can help you place orders to suppliers individually or in bulk. Once you fill out order information properly, it will only take a few clicks to place orders, which helps you process orders efficiently.

Even after you place an order to your supoller you may want to change the order details such as the order volume, shipping method or supplier. For this issue, you can cancel the supplier order and then modify it for either of those needs.

After you olace orders to supoliers, they will be moved to the Awaiting payment tab and you need to pay for them as soon as possible in case of any issues.

After you place and pay for orders, DSers will help you take care of the rest to automate your workflow to process orders. So please do not operate orders on your store once your order has been synchronized to DSers Open Orders>Awaiting order.
