It is likely that your customer’s information has an incorrect format or misses something required. In these situations, you are allowed to edit your customer’s contact information in DSers to place orders successfully.
The feature is only available for orders in Awaiting order, Canceled, and Failed orders tabs on the Open Orders page.
How to edit Customer Detail for your order
- Login to DSers > Open Orders.
- Access the Awaiting order/Canceled/Failed orders tab.
- Click Customer Detail on the Order Card of the order for which you want to edit the customer’s contact details.
- Modify the customer’s information as needed.
- Once done editing, click SAVE.
