Archived Orders: Manage Your Inactive and Old Orders

Where old orders go to rest — and how to wake them up when you need them.

Note

Archived Orders keeps your active workflow clean by moving old, inactive orders out of the way.
Nothing is deleted—you can still search, filter, and review them at any time.

Where to find Archived Orders

You can find Archived Orders under Open Orders, to the left of the order view options.

• Search: Find orders by Order Number, Customer Name, Email, Tracking Number, or Supplier Order Number.
• Filter: Narrow results by marketplace or date range. By default, it shows orders from the past 180 days.

Tip: Once archived, details like order notes, supplier info, and shipping methods are hidden.
To view them, unarchive the order and check it under Open Orders – Fulfilled.

Why is an order archived?

Orders enter Archived Orders through two paths:

1. Automatic Archiving

• From Shopify: If an order is archived on Shopify, it stays in its original DSers tab for 120 days before moving to Archived Orders.
• Inactivity: If an order has had no status update for 365 days, DSers moves it automatically.

2. Manual Archiving

• You can archive orders directly from the Fulfilled tab. They move to Archived Orders immediately.
• Important: Archiving applies to the entire order, not individual items.

How to unarchive an order

What you can do depends on where it was archived:

• Archived on Shopify: You cannot unarchive it in DSers. You must unarchive it on Shopify first, and DSers will sync the change.
• Archived in DSers: You can restore it directly in DSers.

1. Go to Archived Orders.
2. Hover over the order.
3. Click Unarchive.

(Note: Archiving/unarchiving in DSers does not sync back to Shopify.)
