Canceled Orders Optimization is a setting that helps you control whether to optimize name formats of orders canceled by AliExpress. In some cases, you have AliExpress orders canceled for unknown reasons. If you face the issue of AliExpress canceling the orders you already placed, make sure you turn on the feature of Canceled Orders Optimization before trying to place the order again. By optimizing your customer's name, this feature will help you increase the order success rate.
How to activate Canceled Orders Optimization
- Login to DSers >
Settings > Supplier Setting > Order. - Scroll down to the Canceled Orders Optimization setting, make sure the button is on
. (The button will be turned on by default for new users.)
