What Can DSers AI Agent Help With?

Product Sourcing

Find products from AliExpress, Alibaba, 1688, or Agent Network—or search by image, compare price, shipping time, and ratings, and get supplier candidates.

Example: “Find suppliers for this pet toy that can deliver to the US within 10 days.”

Product Publishing and Maintenance

Import products to DSers, optimize titles, descriptions, prices, and inventory; publish products to your store; create and simulate pricing rules, and bulk update prices.

Example:“Rewrite this product’s title and description, then prepare it for publishing to my Shopify store.”

Mapping (Store Products ↔ Suppliers)

Create, complete, modify, or replace variant-level mappings; configure Ship to country, BOGO, and Bundle; bind multiple backup suppliers to one product.

Order Fulfillment

Understanding AI Agent Billing and Invoices

Your AI Agent billing is split into two types, depending on what you are paying for.

Subscription Fee (Monthly or Annual Plan)

This is the recurring fee for your AI Agent plan. You can pay it through your platform's billing system (Shopify or Wix) or directly via PayPal or Stripe — whichever you choose at checkout.

One-time Purchase of Extra Creditss

If you need more Credits beyond your plan, you can buy them as a one-time purchase. These purchases are only available via PayPal or Stripe.

How to View and Download Invoices

Where you download your invoice from depends on how you paid.

For payments made via PayPal or Stripe

You can view and download your invoices in two places:

• DSers AI Agent dashboard: Go to Account → Settings → Billing & Usage → Billing.
  You will see a list of your past invoices. Click the Download button next to paid invoices to save it as a PDF.

For payments made via Shopify or Wix

DSers does not store these invoices. You will need to go to your platform's own billing page.

• Shopify: Go to Shopify Admin → Settings → Billing to find and download your invoices.
• Wix: Go to your Wix → Account Settings → Premium Subscriptions to find and download your invoices.

Tracking Your AI Credits Usage

You can monitor your Credits balance and spending in your DSers dashboard.

Where to check

DSers AI Agent dashboard: Go to Account → Settings → Billing & Usage. You will see:

• Your Credits balance broken down by type:
• Subscription Credits – come with your plan. Expire at the end of each billing cycle.
• Lifetime Credits – These include one-time purchases, free Credits (100 Credits when you start a trial), and Bonus Credits (earned through affiliate referrals).
• A recent usage log showing each AI task and how many Credits were used.

How Credits are used

Each AI task consumes a certain number of Credits. The amount depends on two main factors:

• Task complexity – for example, handling a larger amount of data will use more Credits.
• AI model used – different models have different costs.

"How can I make shipping notification emails send automatically for future orders? Also, my customer says they didn't receive the shipping notification email for an order — can you help me resend it?”

Answer

Yes.

Automatic sending: Go to DSers SaaS mode > Settings > Fulfillment Settings and configure your rules. DSers will automatically trigger Shopify to send a shipping confirmation email to your customer after the order is fulfilled.

Manual resending: Tell the DSers AI Agent the order number. It will first check whether the order meets the resend conditions (for example, whether it has been shipped).
If it does, the email will be resent immediately. If not, it will tell you the reason and what to do next.

Workflow

Step 1: Start a New Conversation

Go to the New Task to start a conversation with DSers AI Agent.

Step 2: Enter Your Prompt

Skill to use: order-fulfillment-notification-email

Target: Clearly specify the Shopify store (only Shopify is supported) and the order number.

Instruction: Clearly state whether you need to resend a Shipping Confirmation Email or a Shipping Update Email.

Example:

Step 3: Adjust in the Conversation

• If the AI tells you the order status does not match (for example, it has not been shipped), you can ask: "When will this order be shipped?" or "How can I manually mark it as shipped?"

Workflow

Step 1: Start a New Conversation

Go to the New Task menu to start a conversation with AI Agent.

Step 2: Tell AI Agent What's Wrong

Tell AI Agent what's wrong with your prices in plain language. For example:

Step 3: Answer AI Agent's Questions (If needed)

If AI Agent needs more information, it will show you options to pick from—like your target profit margin, which cost to measure against, and which products to update.
Just select an option, or type your own answer.

Step 4: Review the Formula and Simulation (If needed)

AI Agent will show you:

• The complete selling-price formula
• How price ranges are set (if applicable)
• A simulation using real or example data
• The final selling price, Compare-at Price, and simulated profit

Once you've reviewed the formula and simulation, AI Agent will ask: Do you want to save this pricing rule?

• Save to DSers Settings: Use it for ongoing pricing
• One-time use: Use it just this once—nothing gets saved to DSers Settings.

If you're updating specific products, AI Agent may skip the rule-saving step and apply the new prices directly after your confirmation.

Step 5: Apply the New Prices to Your Products

Once the pricing rule is confirmed, AI Agent will ask if you want to update your product prices. The process depends on your scope:

• Whole store or entire list: The saved Pricing Rule is used to calculate the new prices
• Specific products: You can use the Pricing Rule, or apply a one-time price directly

If you choose to update, AI Agent will show you which products are affected and how the prices will change.
Nothing happens until you confirm.

Step 6: Review the Update Result

AI Agent will tell you:

• Which products were updated successfully
• Which ones failed and why

If something fails, AI Agent will explain the reason and what you can do next.

Target: specify the store, time range, order number / tracking number, or package status (such as Pending, In Transit, or Attention).

• What to ask: query, filter, or count orders, or explain why a package is marked as Attention.
• Examples:
• "Check this week's orders. Is anything stuck or unusual?"
• "These orders (#1032, #1045, #1088) customers are asking about them. Where are they now, and are any of them delayed?"

Refine in the conversation: If there are too many results, add more conditions to narrow them down, for example, "only show the shipped ones."

Set Up Automatic Updates

If you don't want to log in to DSers and check manually every day, you can set up a scheduled task. The AI Agent will send you a daily summary of package statuses through WhatsApp.

1. Go to the Schedule page and click Add Schedule to create a custom schedule.
2. Fill in the required fields: give it a title (such as "Daily Package Status Summary") and tell the AI what to do in the prompt (for example, "Count and list all 'In Transit' and 'Pending' packages").
3. Set the trigger time: choose daily, weekly, or monthly, and pick a specific time (based on the time zone in Settings-Timezone).
4. Set the approval mode: choose whether to skip items waiting for confirmation each time.
5. Save and activate: click Create and Active to make the task take effect.
6. Connect a notification channel: after creating the task, find it in the Schedule list, click the "More" menu → "Send to Channel" → select WhatsApp (you need to connect WhatsApp first).
7. Once connected, the following result will be sent to your WhatsApp  each time the schedule runs.

Tips: If you only want to know the total number of orders in each shipping status every day, you can simply turn on the Official Schedule: Today's Focus and connect WhatsApp.

Once set up, you will receive the package status summary at the chosen time each day. No more manual checking.

Why Connect Your Store?

Connect your store to DSers first, and the AI Agent can start managing it for you — finding products, importing items, and processing orders.

Finding products and suppliers doesn't require a store connection. You only need to connect your store when you want AI to help you with:

• Publishing products to your store
• Processing orders
• Updating store prices or inventory

When authorization fails

You'll need to re-authorize in these cases:

How to Connect Your Store

Option 1: Connect via DSers AI chat

Tell the AI Agent in a task conversation that you want to connect your store. For example:

"I want to connect my Shopify store."

The AI Agent will return a “Connect Shopify” card. Click it to start the authorization process.

Option 2: Connect through the Plugins page

Step 1: Go to the Apps page

Click Plugins → Apps in the left menu of DSers.

Step 2: Find the platform you want to connect

Browse or search for the Sales Channel App you need, such as Shopify, Wix, WooCommerce, or TikTok Shop.

Step 3: Click Install

Click Install. You'll be redirected to the platform's authorization page.

If already installed, click Manage on the App card, then + Add Store to connect a new store.

Step 4: Log in and authorize

Log in to your store account and confirm the permissions DSers needs.

Once authorized, the App status shows as Installed, and the connection is complete.

How to Re-authorize

Check the status

Go to Plugins → Apps. If an App shows Action Required, it needs your attention.

Steps to re-authorize

1. Open the App detail page.
2. Find the store with the abnormal status and click Manage.
3. Click Reauthorize.
4. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete authorization.

Once re-authorization succeeds, the status returns to Installled, and the AI Agent can use the store again.

• Shipping Profile: Which shipping template to use (Shopify only)
• Pricing Rule: Whether to apply the pricing rule you've already set up
• Product Status: Draft or publish directly
• Sales Channels: Whether to publish to Online Store and other channels

If you don't want to confirm each setting one by one, just say "use defaults for the rest." AI Agent will read your store's default settings and show you what it actually used in the preview.

Step 3: AI Agent Shows You the Full Preview

AI Agent will show you a complete publishing preview, organized by "product × store":

• Product name and target store
• Product status (draft or published)
• Shipping configuration
• Whether the Pricing Rule is applied
• Cost, shipping fee, and final selling price for each variant

If there are any issues in the preview—like a store that doesn't support publishing—AI will flag them here.

Step 4: You Confirm and Submit

Once you've reviewed the preview and everything looks good, tell AI to confirm. Only then will AI actually submit the publishing request.

Step 5: Review the Publishing Result

After submission, AI will tell you:

• Which products were published successfully
• Which ones failed and why
• If any are still processing, AI will keep checking for you

Things to Keep in Mind

• Not all stores support AI publishing: eBay, Amazon, and Walmart aren't supported yet—you'll need to publish manually in DSers.
• Pricing Rules must already be saved: AI can only apply pricing rules you've already set up in your store. It can't create a new rule on the fly.
• Shipping Profiles must already exist: If a shipping profile doesn't exist, AI will tell you how to create it first.

How to Join and Start Sharing

Step 1: Click "Share DSers with friends"

You'll find the button in the bottom-left corner of your AI Agent interface. Click it to get started.

Step 2: Register (If You Haven't Already)

Fill in:

• PayPal email – used for future payouts (required)
• Channel name – becomes your Affiliate ID (required)
