Why DSers failed to connect your store

Support:
Sometimes, you will encounter the issue that DSers fails to connect to your store. In order to connect your store successfully, read below carefully.

Situation 1: When you are trying to link DSers to your WooCommerce store

As there are three steps while you are connecting, please learn how to go through each step smoothly below.

Website step

To avoid connection failure, please make sure:
  1. Enter the right URL of your WooCommerce store. The URL you enter should be a secure website that starts with "https" instead of "http" and the security certificate should be valid.
  2. The store you are connecting to has not been connected to another DSers account before.
  3. The store you are linking is built on WordPress, and you have installed and activated the WooCommerce plugin.
  4. The Permalink is set as "Post name" in your WordPress.

Authorization step

Please make sure your browser allows dsers.com to display pop-ups.

Connection step

It might show that the connection failed or your website refused DSers' request. In these situations, please contact the DSers Customer service.

Situation 2: When DSers is verifying your WooCommerce store every time you log in or refresh DSers

When you fail to connect to WooCommerce in this situation, you might see the "RE-AUTORIZATION" pop-up or the "INSTALL CHROME EXTENSION" pop-up. Please follow the on-screen instructions to try to connect to your WooCommerce store.

Once you set everything correctly, please go back to DSers and refresh the page, you will notice the pop-up window of the error message has now disappeared and your WooCommerce store has been successfully linked to your DSers account.
