Due to the AliExpress name identification system, there must be a full name and a space between the Name and Surname in your customer information for all orders to Brazil, France, Japan and Canada, Saudi Arabia & UAE. Otherwise, those orders cannot be placed to AliExpress. If you have failed to place an order, you can turn on a button in DSers to optimize your customer’s name and try to place the order again.
How to suit name spacing requirementsTo make sure your customer's name has been filled in the contact name correctly, you may need to make some changes or check some fields in your Shopify/Woo/Wix store.
- Login to Shopify > Settings > Checkout.
- Scroll down to the Customer information part.
- Make sure to select "Require first and last name" under the Full name option.
- Click Save.
