Archived Orders

Archived orders are those orders that you don't need to process anymore and want to archive.

In DSers, there is an individual page for you to manage archived orders, where you can check order details or unarchive orders if necessary.

Which orders are placed on the Archived Orders page

Orders that have been automatically or manually fulfilled in DSers for more than 4 months.

Orders that have not got AliExpress order numbers for more than 1 year. (for Shopify only)

Login to DSers > Archived Orders.
Click Search Order and choose one of the following: Order No, Customer Name, E-mail or Tracking No.
Enter the corresponding field and click .

💡 TIP

DSers displays orders archived in the past 6 months by default. You can use dsers-filter Filter to choose your wanted time range.

Now you can see the orders are filtered to appear on the page.

The order will be moved to the Fulfilled tab on the Open Orders page. Learn how to reorder Fulfilled orders again.

📕 NOTE

In the case the order is archived manually in your store, you are only allowed to unarchive it from your store, and DSers will synchronize the change.
If you have manually unarchived an order from Archive Orders and it is in the Fulfilled tab for 7 days, DSers will move it to the Archived Orders page again.
