Tracking page
If you want your customers to track their orders with your personalized tracking page, you can take advantage of DSers Tracking page to customize the tracking page information such as store name, store logo, page language, upsell products and so on.
How to create a tracking page
- Login to DSers Tracking
- Click My Products in the side menu.
- Click Tracking page.
- Click .
- In the Create tracking page pop-up, select the store you want and click .
- In the Edit page, enter the tracking page name, and store name and upload the store logo.
- Under Logistic Info Settings, choose whether to hide the shipping country of origin and shipping company.
- Under Select language, select the page language you need from the drop-down list.
- Click .
How to add upsell products to the tracking page
When you create the tracking page, you can also add upsell products to recommend to your customers to increase your product traffic and sales.- Under Up Sell Settings, check Set up your best sellers.
- Click on the right side.
- In the Choose your products side card, choose your wanted products and click .
How to manage a tracking page
Once you have created a tracking page, you can activate, edit or delete it.- Login to DSers > Tracking.
- Click Tracking page.
- Locate one tracking page you desire and click Activate to activate the tracking page.
- (Optional) Click Edit to modify the tracking page information if necessary.
- (Optional) Click Delete and click to delete the tracking page if you don’t need it.
For an activated tracking page, your customers can check it in the shipping confirmation email if you choose Tracking Page as your Custom tracking URL when you set shipping confirmation emails.
